NMLS has recently posted Field Definitions for the Mortgage Call Report. Be sure to read MCR Basics for an overview of the NMLS Mortgage Call Report. Then take a look at the Call Report documents:
- Mortgage Call Report Standard Section – (updated 1/27/2011) This sample contains fields to be completed by the majority of companies.
- Mortgage Call Report Expanded Section – (updated 1/27/2011) This sample contains fields to be completed by any company that is an approved Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer, or a Ginne Mae Issuer.
- Field Definitions – Definitions and instructions for the fields contained in the call report.
